I mean, is it less evil than a Snickers bar? Or is it really GOOD for you?
avocado, onion, tomato, lime, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro..maybe..... only the avocado would be high in fat,and in mine that's only about half the recipe,..with the tomato and onion making up a majority of the other half... In summary Guac = :thumbsup:

But from what I've read, Avocados are high in a "good" fat.

that's what I was thinking too. I only meant that worst case, that would be the only piece that could potentially be judged as a "bad" ingredient.

It is one of the world's most perfect foods.

It cools the mouth after hot foods and it is like a party on a chip!!

not if you add hot sauce to it.

Even then, it tells your body: if this guy's fool enough to put hot sauce on the appetizer then WHOA! Watch out for the rest of the food!
