Hello all. There’s been some talking about the Hot latin diet here. Also, there are plenty of information on the internet about it and I can say that I thoroughly went through most of them.I am so tempted to try it as my biggest idols ever were J.Lo, Penelope, Shakira etc, those women look like goddesses, those bodies are like the most perfect bodies ever. It’s not that I count I can look like them with this diet, but even with close I would be happy, hehe. :)Anyway, what is unclear for me: is this diet a low glycemic one?

Hola SabrinaD. :)
You are not the only one who wishes to look like them, trust me. And the good news is that I actually read somewhere that they eat according to this plan. So there is hope for us. :)
It is a low glycemic plan, indeed. One of those ingredients you should eat are gabanzo beans which are one of the biggest sources of low glycemic carbohydrates.
Well, some people say that’s the reason it’s so effective, and possibly you could lose a lot of weight for a short time with it.
I would love to try it if I had enough time to prepare those meals.

Hello girls. Not that I want to look like Latin beauties, hehe, but I did try this diet.It was in February this year when I was on holiday. I decided not to go anywhere, but to stay at home and do something about my appearance. While this diet is really specific one and simply I couldn’t be on it while I am working (my shifts are exhausting- 12 hours day or night), so I waited for my holiday to give it a go.Low glycemic food might be good for your body, but it took me too much time to prepare meals with those ingredients, so I gave up 3 days later. That’s my experience.
