It's possible to get them on the head of your penis so that's why I mentioned it. Fordyce spots are not anything to worry about. They're common. I think that almost every man on this planet has them on his penis, so it's nothing to worry about. If you're with a girl and she worries, you can always pull up Wikipedia to show her that it's fine.
