Hi Guest
It can happen at your age you have started puberty and your testicles could be growing which puts strain on the cords and veins.
You can use a cold pack or take a bath if you need relief from the discomfort wearing underwear or an athletic support that supports your testicles may help also.
Testicle pain during puberty is very common but you could talk to your parents and see your doctor to make sure everything is ok if it will help put your mind at ease.

It's completely normal -- just growing pains from puberty. It's also normal to have one of the testicles hang lower or be larger.

Don't worry, it's just that growing pains took you by surprise. I wouldn't be startled at all, it will go away.

All of those websites are for if you're experiencing large amounts of pain. Most likely growing pains, so I wouldn't stress out about it too much.

Hi Guest
Your testicles are growing and becoming heavier and that causes them to hang lower it is part of puberty. As you develop the weight of your testicles stretches your scrotum.

Hi Guest
It is common for your testicles to hurt during puberty as they are growing and becoming heavier.
The best thing to do is just talk to your parents about it and get them to make an appointment to see your doctor it will help put your mind at ease and your doctor will check you to confirm everything is ok.
You can use an ice pack if it is hurting a lot to give you some relief and wearing an athletic support may help as well it will help support your testicles.

My 11 year old son experiences pain and I've made an appointment as he had an operation before due to it twisting. I didn't know whether the pain was that or puberty.
I will still get him checked out though. Good luck to all of you x
