My name is John am 22years old, I noticed some reaction in my body system when I was 15 years old I bed wet alot right from my early stage I feel ashamed. I never new what wrong with me till my puberty ages of 18 I do notice my penis ejaculated and when I wake up I noticed a white thing in my penis, I never mention this to my parent because I think it's normal and am becoming a man. I do feel alot of pain in the left side of my Tommy and when ever am defecating I see sparm coming out of my penis. Please friends help me out I want to no the main cause of this if it's infection of something I don't no and the medication I can use to treat my self.
