Hi just to give you a bit of information which I've found out. I had an ablation done 3 year ago I was still young. I already have two little boys which I was happy with but me and my husband split up not long after my ablation. I'm now in a new relationship and wanting to have another child with my new partner. After seeing my consultant yesterday I've been told that I can fall pregnant and carry a healthy baby. This is because I'm in my later 20's and the younger you have this procedure done your lining will eventually naturally grow back. My doctor has delivered a couple of babies in this situation with no complications and mother and baby were fine. My doctor has also given my parter and myself the go ahead to try for a baby. I hope this helps

I am 47 years old. I had y tubes tied and an ablation 7 years ago. I became pregnant last Spring and I was told I had to have a D&E because it was too dangerous. So, YES, it is very possible!! I hope my answer helped.

My back n breast hurt, they r tender n sore. It hurts to wear a bra n they r more tender when I take the bra off. Can I possibly be pregnant

THIS IS GREAT NEWS! Thanks for sharing. Most everthing that I have found is so negative. I had the ablation done about a year ago. And have not had a cycle since about 18 months ago. I just started my cycle last month. It lasted for four days. I had found an article that says if you have a cycle every month for 3-4 days that there is a good chance that you can become pregnant again. I recently got remarried on April 22,2016. My Husband does not have any children and he LOVES my two. He has said that he will will be fine even if we are not able to concieve, I know how much he truely wants a child of our own. We have also talked about adoption. And I have been trying to convience my husband of surrgacy. Because of his heritage, he is leary of surrgacy. So to read your story has giving me hope!

I had ablation and now I really want a baby. I never expected to get divorced let alone fall in love! Is there a way to get my period back and have a baby? I've never wanted anything so bad in my life!

I had an endometrial ablation in 2011at the age of 37 due to over 10 years of heavy menstrual periods. I haven't had any bleeding at all since then. My husband had a vasectomy 20 years ago, but passed away last year. I never had my tubes tied. I am now 43. If I ever decide to be in a sexually active relationship again, what are the chances I can become pregnant and should I use precautions so I don't become pregnant?

OMG I wish my case was like yours. I had an ablation about 8 months ago. I still have heavy bleeding, sometimes twice a month. I am very concerned, I don't use any contraception.
