Is there a way to cause a miscarriage at 20 weeks pregnant?

I was 36 years old with my first child, so I don't think that 41 is too old - some ladies still try to get pregnant in their 60's. Give it up for adoption there are alot of families out there that love children and can't have any. I have been posting back and forth between an older lady of 44 who would love to be in your shoes, so suck it up, have the baby and give it to someone else to care for that isn't selfish.

I'm assuming you didn't just find out now why would you not have gotten an abortion to begin with you're 41 what is wrong with you

I feel terrible for what i am feeling right now, but truly feel that maintaining this pregnancy will do nothing good for me and my family. I have made continuous mistakes and confused in every aspect. No one seems to understand why I truly feel the way that I do, but I I feel that ending this pregnancy would be the best alternative. I cheated on my partner and now not sure of my actions... orignally was provided w/ a due date and things seem to fall in order, but now i go for my second ultrasound and given different dates from originally; making a two week difference in my supposedly conception date. How can I be sure that i am making the right choice which ever option i choice. Do I risk the fact of tearing up my family for good or do i end this and physically and mentally suffer the consequences on my own????

Couldn't it be considered murder? And why would you cheat on someone like that!? You deserve to be stuck with a baby. You are evil...

I'm so sick of people always saying there's a million people out there that want to adopt.... There's also a person on here that doesn't want to have a kid... In all honesty who cares about the people that can't have a kid that just seems like they're problem not the problem of someone that legitimately doesn't want a kid... I am a 20 year old male with a 19 year old pregnant girlfriend... All I want if for the kid to just die so me and my girl can be happy again... I don't want to pay for a kid and me and my girlfriend have been together for 4 years and we decided that neither of us wanted kids at all and we took precautions to prevent it but of course birth control is never 100%... Before all this happened I was planning to propose... My girlfriend is just as upset as I am and doesn't want to ruin our lives either... The nearest abortion clinic is 125 miles from where we live and we can't afford it right now... Can anyone just give me advice on how to get rid of it at home she's 6 weeks along.... Save the sad stories about adoption cuz neither of us care we don't want this baby we just want to get rid of it

At my 23 week ultrasound, we discovered that my baby had died between 19 and 20 weeks.  I delivered my beautiful baby still.  I urge anyone considering abortion or who supports abortion to read her story and look at her pictures.  See what your baby looks like right at this moment before making this life changing decision.  Abortion supporters, have the courage look at the truth before you tell women that they should kill their baby.

One last point, I have have several friends who have had babies in their 40s.  One was a complete surprise after being told she would never have kids. Her daughter changed her life dramatically and she considers her daughter to be the best thing that ever happened to her.

I have two girls already to two different mothers and a pregnant girlfriend. the mother of my second daughter is pregnant and it could possibly be mine. please dont judge me. but nonetheless i cannot have this baby to my ex girlfriend. it was honestly one time back in november and now she is about 20 weeks give or take. one clinic refused her saying she was too far along. I NEED HELP FAST!!!

I don't understand all of these emotional/biased and personal responses. This person needs help. From a medical stand point it is too late for an abortion procedure. I am very sorry you wanted this procedure but could not fund it at the time. Please take care of yourself, if your family will not allow you to keep it, you can give him/her away for adoption. Get checked by a doctor as soon as possible. There has to be a clinic/agency wherever you are that can help you. Good luck.
