Hi, I have a problem. I train just about enough. The thing is, I have a problem with 1lb. I just can not get rid of it. It takes that much for me to have a desired weight. Therefore, I am asking you to help me. How can I lose the 1 lb that is bothering me this much?
Hi, I can understand why this is so frustrating for you. My problem was a bit more severe. I also trained a lot but one more thing was needed for me to achieve desired results. And that is a proper diet. I have decided to remove all snacks and cheat (junk) food. I have replaced them with fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, I have introduced more fish instead of red meat into my diet. Combined with workout, I have achieved the desired results. Therefore, I suggest you do the same. Start a proper nutrition based on natural products without refined sugar or junk food. I am sure that this will make you lose 1lb. And if it doesn’t maybe this pound is not fat, but retained water. You can deal with this by drinking at least two liters of water daily and eating high fiber food.

As long as you look good, nobody will ever know about that one little pound. By reading what you wrote, I can tell that you are a very motivated person that wants to acheive good things with your body, but dont put so much worry on that one stinkin pound. You will drive yourself crazy, I almost did over that same pound. After a while, I stopped worrying about it, and just started enjoying working out and eventually I lost that one pound without even realizing I did it.
