Im a male and I have some weird rash on my scrotum and around it.
I have tried many things, and they dont work at all. It itches and looks like dandruf when i scratch it. Im really worried about this. Ive tried to wash it with baby wipes and every type of "antibacterial" soap under the sun.

Please help!
