I think I have something similar. I have had 3 biopsies numerous blood tests. Nothing came back in the tests.
The only thing I have found that works is betadine + straight tea tree oil. Put them on a band aid and change it everyday until it goes away.

Ive been using vinigar coz tbere itchy as hell n they have scabbed without squeezing
My daughter had these. Tea tree oil helps but main part is you have to take the seed out and cover. Keep area and hands etc super clean. They spread so easily. Suffocate them with liquid bandaid. They went away after I treated them this way
I had these sores with seed-like cores for eighteen months. Mine are definitely caused by yeast overgrowth. Having been on antibiotics many, many times I finally had very little immune system left. Because the antibiotics killed both good and bad bacteria the yeast grew exponentially. Finally, I had a systemic fungal infection. With diflucan, diet, probiotics and supplements I am beginning to heal. Good luck!
I have tried every cream/ointment and suffered for years, various biopsys and diagnosis, so infuriating no progress made, my dad has been telling me for years manuka honey, which I dismissed, he bought me some active manuka honey 25+ rated, the results in 2 weeks were amazing!! So much so my mates who ridiculed me for using it now ask for a DAB of it with any skin problems they have. I know it is expensive but try it! It really works!
Not it. They are talking about a weird feeling patch like a small potato chip glued to your skin, slightly sore. You pick it off and out come some tiny pearls with the scab. NOT liquid, and nothing squeezes out. But it quits hurting after you pick it, for like 24 hours, and then it starts again. A few months later, it's like the Mother of the Pearls rises to the surface, you squeeze it out easily, and presto, cured until it starts elsewhere.
Finally i find more people who have this same misterious bumps... i have been to a dermatoligist and got treated for scabies, folliculitus, and bed bugs, ALL of the treatments made them worse, ive tried acne scrubs, coconutoil, skin cremes apon helping agents apon cremes/treatments. The doctors & dermotologists never take a sample they just conclude they know what it is, write a precription and then nothing works. I have had this problem for over 3yrs now and i hid my whole body on a daily, and cant bear to have anyone ask wtf is wrong with me... any leads would be great... i have a few hunches on crazy theorys if anyone else feels the same...
I forgot to mention in my last reply they treated me for staph too and the cremes/antibiotics didnt work, made it worse... ??:(
I tried everything and then I had a sore that looked like a mushroom circle with those little white seeds in a perfect circle and one in the center. I used lotrimin, an anti-fungal for 2 or 3 days and it killed those seed pods. Then the neosporan healed the sore.
Try an anti-fungal like lotrimin.
Try an anti-fungal like lotrimin. They killed my little seed pods after a couple of days. I then used triple antibiotic gel to heal the sore/crater.
I've had mine for 6 months. Right after cleaning an extremely dirty apartment. I itched like never before when they first appeared. They have now changed into painful holes in my skin with a puffy semi-scablike ring around the edge. I notice they get redder, more painful and larger when I sweat. That's also when a few new painful "pimple" like bumps appear with the white seed like core in the center. These things are ruining my life. I just had one appear on each side of my face in the center of my cheeks.
I'm suffering too. Look into demodex. Coconut and tea tree oil help, the dry skin and scabs are part of these creatures. Use c.o and pluck them out, don't pick tops off plu k them out .. Blood is fill of gloopy bits of them too, don't let it go on your skin. If u pull them out us oil to not cause scabs...
Molluscum contagiosum is what it sounds like.
Sounds like atypical scabies
