they are not ingrown hairs. I have been fighting this for 8 years dermatologist has even biopsy the seeds

I have had folliculitis at the back of my neck and on my face for years and have noticed as well that when I increase my sugar intake - soda pop or hard candies or whatever, I get more outbreaks of folliculitis. I now have a lot on my chest and some on my lower abdomen too. I am quite overweight and get yeast infections in my arm pits and in one fold of my groin and notice that everything gets better if I cut down on the sugary foods and increase my yogurt intake (which I seem to crave at times).

I have this too and it isn't acne. Do not use acne meds. I started out with 1-2 but now have them sporadically all over my freaking body. I think it has something to do with immune dysfunction and inflammation. Some sort of keratin disorder. The cores themselves that you are pulling out are clear, cloudy or white? Those are keratin filaments. Something with the immune system malfunctions and they never truly heal and often now turn into cysts if I don't get it early on because the filament grows beyond the size it should. I don't know what in my system causes this to malfunction or if it is an immune issue itself. As soon as I pull it out, the inflammation goes away and it heals. So normally these filaments are a part of wound healing and go away on their own. But in us somthing is awry. I'm making an appointment soon now that I'm closer to what it is.

Try Braggs apple cider vinegar on a cotton swab. It's helped my old unhealing mosquito bites. When the antibiotic ointment the doctor prescribed did nothing but make them itch more, i tried the Braggs apple cider vinegar and it has made it 80% better. I saturate the cotton swab and gently press it on the affected area. I blow on it because it itches badly and do not want to keep scratching it as I believe it makes more itching. Then I wait and the spot begins to seep a tiny drop of blood then I just repeat the dabbing process without scratching it until it stops seeping. It is working! It's worth the try, at least it has for me. Hope it helps you as well!

Cold sores are herpes. Canker sores are not cold sore or herpes. So yes, if it's cold sores (which it probably isn't) then valtrex will work. Cold sores/fever blisters are herpes

I was reading online about a similar rash that has just popped up in the last coupon years. It's called morgellons disease, I don't anything else, I was just reading an article about it.

In get the same thing, I get hot and sweaty . Break out on arms and upper back . They are red and itchy till they turn to sores that won't heal. Hand are numb and swollen as well and itchy to.the point I now have sores on my arm , hands chest and upper back. They don't heal just go from calm to red when I'm hot

Eat a good amount of garlic in your food and bathe with turmeric powder. You will find it in Asian stores.

Totally agree! Lost my sister 4 yers who this month to these same symptoms. I spent 7 years researching advocating and contacting the chair women of morgellons research who said basically it was this at the time untreatable ailment. I believe my sis may have been he first of second to lose her battle to this. Now fast forward 4 years and for the last 9 months I'm slowest being covered with the exact same ulcers on my skin, same shoe same white seed pod she described same profuse bleeding and same hole like features that do not heal. I'm declining in other ways too. Of course I know the pattern of no help since my sister was completely ignored by every dr we saw. Anyone have pictures they're want to share I'm contacting one of the srsego works here in sf treating morgellons.

i have huge open sores all over my body 4 years they dont heal bleed profusly if they come off now have little zit like bumps all over and blisters too i broke my neck and spine and the pain was nothing compaired to this docs would do anything so i bleached em and then put ammonia they went away for 1 month and came back the itch is so bad my wife thinks im going to go insane im disabled no doc will help and i dont know how much longer i can libe with this there up to half an inch across and all the way into musel no matyer the size im befging for help
