I have the same thing you describe. I found out they are called keratin plugs. The sore won’t heal until extracted , which is hard to do , I use very fine tweezers after a long hot shower. Sometimes , you can’t insist, you might have to wait a week or two for them to get closer to the surface of the skin. I’m a female and started suffering from this around age 35. Hairs become trapped and Keratin builds up which is like the hard substance your hair or nails are made up. Sometimes, I’ve had the same sore for months, finally, when I can finally extract the plug, it takes only 48 hrs to heal. It’s really a pain and I have found a good cure yet . Hey,Ya have had this inexplicable occurrence of black things inserting themselves in my skin,also white gelatinous entities seemingly everywhere(like seeds at times,sometimes like wee balls that seem to be alive cuz they bite,but have no appendages or form.EVERYONE Thinks Im nuts.Meanwhile Im convinced its bedbugs ,but no body,,crazy right,Im wrecking my skin.Tee tree cream,Shampoo work,plus I’m allergic to whatever their inserting in me.Ive lost friends self esteem God how awful.

You do not have to have chickenpox to get shingles, I know because I have never had them and I got Shingles in my left eye, on the left side of my head and left side of my forehead,
This is a type of fungal infection. It needs to be treated with an oral and topical antifungal like Ketoconazole. Then remain on a once a week dose of the medication.
They are made worse by oils. I also wash my face with Nizoral and dab a little Hibecleanse (available at any drug store) in any open wounds.
There was a huge response within 2 days. The 3 sores on my face began to really ooze as the plugs came to the surface.
Its taken 3 weeks, but now, all but one sore is almost gone. The one remaining is down to only a couple of the really deep plugs left. It's almost closed now.

Get tested for celiac..... an associated condition called herpetiformus causes the white balls..... get off gluten ..... be suspicious of soy products

But oil of oregano p73 and put on sores plus!!! Get the capsules and start taking three/4 a day for two weeks! Oil of oregano works like an antibiotic, antifungal, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory…
