So I've hit puberty a while ago and there is only a little bit of short hairs and I only ejaculate clear sperm and there is no hair any where else is there something wrong

Not all guys are very hairy - ever. It's normal to have clear semen when you first start to ejaculate, it will get more whitish as you get older.
