First she would have had to of been ovulating and an egg released and second of all the sperm would have had to swim a great distance even if she was ovulating and most sperm dies on its journey to the cervix and third most sperm dies as soon as it hits open air but some can live only up to 30min in open air. so I highly doubt she it.
