keep getting a really sore face and scalp but i have took away all normal creams etc

hi all

i went to see my doctor this week about my face going really red and sore. i first thought it was my cream at first so i tested when i used it and the same for other products. i really cant find a pattern or product. I have never had problems with my skin or scalp before so im really confused. all help is needed. Thanks
