I am uncirc.. I thought to keep my penis glans exposed by keeping foreskin retracted all the time. By doing that my knees and lower legs start paining and feel weakness in those areas. Though no issue at all when erected/doing sex!! Cramps and weakness happens when flacid. All the pain goes once I pull up my foreskin to its normal position! Any advices or experienced such symptoms before? thanks.
Heybthere how are you keeping your foreskin retracte?
Pull it back and keep like that.. it can back to normal position during any activity but then u will hav to back it again.. with continuous, it will stay back most of the time unless u pull it over the head by yrself
