I been keeping mine back for years and year. Whilst im not circumcised my wife finds it sexier it doesnt affect how it feels nor do i get dried and sore. It is the frenulum that pulls the foreskin back over the head. You need to stretch it. When I started mine had no length it was very tight but the doctor prescribed some Betamethasone 0.5mg/g cream. I massaged it into the frenulum and stretched it as much as possible, as hard as possible without tearing it 2 time a day for a few months. After a couple of months it was 5cm long and has stayed that way now for years so the foreskin has nothing to pull it back over the head and stays back easily except when I am very cold and everything is very small.

If you get circumcised, depending on the type of circ, you could loose all or most of your sensitive inner foreskin, but if you are lucky enough to get a high and loose circ you will be much better off.

Update: it’s been three years since I’ve started this and I can say it’s like second nature to me now. The skin is always behind the head now and it looks and feels great. Even when I, for some, reason try to roll the skin over the head, it rolls back behind the glands. I’m 19 now and my girlfriend always thought I was cut until I told her I wasn’t. In the beginning it was tough keeping the skin behind the head of the penis and now it’s the opposite. It’s still sensitive, when I receive oral sex I can feel it all and it feels as great as you would think. It’s not super senstaive but it’s also not not sensitive. It’s in a sweet spot. Absolutely love everything about this and I have no real complaints. The only thing that is difficult for me (which is apparent in every uncut male) is putting on a condom. For another reason I pierced myself with a Prince Albert piercing (no pain at all) and having the foreskin retracted meant that the piercing healed quickly. However, here's the interesting thing :I'm convinced that the presence of the ring there further assisted in keeping the foreskin retracted.
I had the PA for over a year (even stretching it to about 4mm)and really enjoyed it, although my wife refused to have me wearing it during penetrative sessions.
Having now removed the ring completely I find that the foreskin is now in an even better position to permanently retracted - well within reason : it may pop over whilst I'm showering, etc but without even actively pulling out back it will go back when drying off.
Overall, now that the glans is much drier and I occasionally get pain (very mild, but sufficient) when entering in the early stages of coitus and this triggers the sensation of climax, I find it easier to control and together we have many many times climaxed together, making for a great result.
A side note on the piercing : having abandoned it now for more than a year, the hole still leaks occasionally when I urinate (and particularly when flying!)... Odd.
