I have had mine retracted for more then 5 years now. It stays back all of the time. It took about 2 months for it to stay back after pulling it back in he morning and when ever it slid forward. Now there is no problem, even in the morning it's still retracted. I love it

Why would you pull it back behind the head? That defeats the whole point of having a foreskin! You would look like you were circumcised, and nobody would want to look like that!
