So basicly my left testicle is swollen and it hurts 3 days ago it was about 4times its nornal size and it hurted a lot now its like 2times its normal size and it hurts bit That day and the day before i masturbated 4 times Can that be a cause? Well I will leave that up to you sometimes if you masturbate to roughly and are your hitting your testicle and can get sore but if you don't remember injuring it there still could be other closet. If you want to give it another few more days to see how it goes I would but otherwise I would go to the doctor if you're still experiencing any pain or swelling
