I'm 28, and my left testicle is a lot bigger than the other. I mean that my left is like a peach , and the right is normal sized. The left is also more hard, and has a little lump on the top and hang lower.
It's about 10-15 years my balls looks like that, it's so embarassing becuase who see my balls sometimes is scared.
What do you think i should do? There is something i can do to solve this problem?
