I suspect topical flea medication...that's about the time my dog starting showing symptoms at 9 years of age

I, TOO, HAVE USED THE TOXIC FLEA AND TICK c**p (NOW CALL c**p) AND HAVE FOUND HOMEOPATHIC DOG COLLARS FOR MY THREE FUR BABIES. AND CHEAP, TOO. NO MORE TOXIC FLEAS AND TICK. ALSO, NEVER CONNECTED THIS WITH CUSHINGS. THIS MAY BE WHY MY BELLA HAS CUSHINGS. EACH TIME I PUT IT ON THEM, I CRINGED. WHAT A DOPE I AM. NOW GOING HOMEOPATHIC.

My dog was diagnosed in 2016 and he is now 11 yrs and 4 months. He also has diabetes and I give him insulin twice a day, he's slower but it hasn't stopped him from being his first self.

My vet sent out my dogs blood work to UGA vet. They recommend checking for cushings. The only symptom he has listed is the swollen belly. They say I need to have an ultrasound biopsy or surgery in order to know. I can't afford it. I truly can't afford it. Can I start the suggestion of chicken and rice? Needless to say I don't want to loss him.

MY VET WANTED TO GIVE HER LYSODREN. CHEMO ORAL PILLS. SHE SAID BELLA MAY VOMIT AND IF SHE DOES. STOP THE PILL. AND SHE COULD DIE. SO, I AM TREATING BELLA WITH CBD PASTE AND NATUROPATHIC MEDS. My dog was diagnosed 2013. He is doing very well 2017. No hair loss, little loss in muscle mass. He looks very healthy. No frequent urinating. He's on Vetoryl (Trilostane), Denosylby Nutramax, Krill Oil, and Milk Thistle. I hope this helps.

My almost 13 year old shih tzu has had Cushing for at least 3 years.My vet did not recommend chemo treatment.She said the side effects were worse than the disease.
I read about some hollistic product being helpful so I tried it.
Pet Wellbeing adrenal Harmony gold.Its less than $50 per bottle.
My vet said she is actually doing better and to keep her on it.
She hasn't lost any more hair ,no more sores and seems to have some energy back.

I now have Bella on CBD paste and Homeopathic formulas. From PawHealer. She was diagnosed 4-weeks ago. She is hanging in there. Some improvement. Really too soon right now
