Confirm...something vibrate
Do you still feeling the vibration?
I had this issue like 15 yrs ago. I talked you the doctor and he advised me to take B12 vitamin for a certain period and it was disappeared.
From time to time I get it (maybe 1-2 times per year), I take the B12 and it disappears after 1-2 days of taking the vitamin.
I don't remember what was the cause

1/2 can of jellied cranberries , mine was gone in less than 1/2 hour.
Did anyone find out what this was?
E been having it, went to Dr he checked kidneys which are fine and checked my urine for blood and bacteria but that is all good.
I know this is an old thread but I'm stumped.
I drink plea to of water don't drink coffee don't drink much alcohol.
I do have a sore lower back and have had slipped disks in my back but stretch everything out.
Basicly I just want it to go away cus its embarrassing when it does it and catches me off guard.
Is there anything I can try?

I did... several years ago
Long time kidney stone sufferer.
1st, see a doctor
2nd, relax, while painful, it's probably stones
3rd. Drink alot of water from this point forward.

I’ve had this symptom about 4 days and I’m about 95% positive it’s due to nerve issues, tense muscles, and stress / stimulation from caffeine that makes it worse. Specifically pelvic floor and/or CPPS. I’m not a doctor but I’ve had significant stress the last few weeks and some burning sensations due to nerve issues and some spinal c**p too. The fluttering is essentially a muscle spans or twitch causes by tightness of pelvic muscles. So hydrating and stretching and good posture help. YouTube “cure cpps” and stretch it up! And def see a doctor too just to be safe.
I have this many times over the years. It can be scary at first and then just annoying. I have been to the doctor’s and had a full work up including labs, urine tests, imagining. All normal. The doctors have been stumped. I believe it’s a combination of things, all of which have preceded this sensation returning for me.
1. Stress
2. Longer than normal period of being in a seated position: Sitting in a chair or biking long distances or long drives.
3. Energy drinks/caffeine including those crystal light packets that include “caffeine”.
4. Drinking less water than usual
When the above have been combined, I am guaranteed to get a “flare” of this. It goes away when I reduce stress, increase water intake and decrease caffeine and try and increase walking and/or getting up from my desk and moving more.
