255 pounds is A LOT of weight to loose in 3 months. If you want to loose weight and kept it off, while still being healthy, start off slow. Start walking more and then over time change it to speed walking or even running. Yoga and pilates are great ways to loose weight too. And having a healthy diet can help as well. Just remember that weight lost is a process and to stay a beautiful and healthy girl, you have to do it the right way. Never take extreme diets or overdoing exercise. You'll be fine(:
You can't lose that much weight in 3 months without endangering your health. This needs to be done more gradually. There are no shortcuts. Cut the junkfood out of your diet. Get active, walk more, get involved in a new sport. Sleep 8 hours per night. All of these things are basic essentials to getting healthy. Good luck.

Weight loss is a gradual process. You can very easily shed a few pounds in a months time, but then you are likely to gain thrice or twice as much. So relax. Consult a good dietician. Take massages. Go for brisk walks and work out continuosly. Watch your diet carefully. Drink plenty of water. Don't stress. Sleep adequately.
