I tried a diet last month but I did not do very well at all. My goal was to lose 5 lbs, but with the holiday season intruding on my plans, I even managed to PUT ON 3 lbs rather than lose it. So this month, my goal is to lose that again before I move on. Does anyone want to join me? We could be weight loss buddies! What are your goals and how are you getting to them?

Oh, I am sorry! Don't lose motivation...  I'll be your diet buddy if you want. I have a bit more to lose than three pounds this month, but I'll join you! I am trying to exercise three to four days a week whenever possible, and I am also eating less. I will start my new diet of eating right today! And you? What are you doing to lose weight?
