Hey it has been a few months since you have posted this question so by now you are probably fit and slim. Bike was great idea and bicycling is great way to stay in shape and to socialize with your friends. It affects almost all muscle groups. 

 

So how much did you lose? And did you manage to lose weight only trough working out or maybe you have adjusted your nutrition as well. You have mentioned that you need something to inspire you for losing weight but I think when you are 17 year old girl that you shouldn't care that much about losing weight. 

It is far more important to eat healthy and to get involved in some type of physical activity.  

 

Share your experience with us and be inspiration to some other young girl who is willing to work on her looks on a healthy and natural way.
