Sweetie, If you do lose 15 pounds in two weeks it can be very danger-ace for your body and your health. The fastest way of losing weight well is being able too be happy with were you are at and how you have been doing. One way too lose weight is walk everyday for 30 minutes =) it will take a few weeks for results but after those weeks you'll see a difference !
