Hi. I am 13 years old and weigh 210 pounds. I am 5'7. I love phys.ed and enjoy walking and running.
But I don't lose any weight. I do tredmill for 30 minutes which adds up to a 5 km walk. I do curl ups, eat well but NOTHING works. I lost 5 fives over summer. I want to feel more active, look better and have mnore confidence in myself. HELP!
Doing the treadmill exercises will only get you so far. Also, eating "nothing" is not going to help as your body relies on food to provide it many vitamins, nutrients, etc. Rather than eating nothing, how about modifying your diet to better reflect moderation? I found it useful to modify my intake amounts so that I wouldn't be pushing all my favourite foods away because when I push everything away from a long period, those cravings begin to come back twicefold.
