I have Lots of small bumps on my chest and neck only.Not itchy no reddness no pain. just bumps lots of them what can it be. I try Bendryl and Clartin and it dosent work. Also I have try Cortizone. The bumps are the same color as my skin you cant really see unless you come really close to my face or put a light towards it. what can it Be.
