Hi everyone!
Well, i'm a 14 year old girl, about to turn 15, and i need a good and healthy way to lose weight. I am generally almost always happy, but sometimes my weight makes me feel down. i have been pressured to lose weight by many people, some that like me and some that dont. i have tried many different types of ways to lose some of my weight, but i always pounce back to my old weight. So...is there anyone out there who knows how to lose a healthy amount of weight abount 25 pounds in 1 month?

what i did was running i loose around 8 pounds a month just try to excersice more and eat healthier instead of a soda or juice water eat less meat avoid butter and dairy products try not to eat alot meat about the size of your palm its easy if your motivated im 14 and i use to weigh 160 im 134 now and im still losing just more excersice and eat a little less dont starve yourself though its all in how you eat im 14 and i learned alot on nutrition in one month and i love me im still a bit chubby but every week im 1-2 lbs closer to my goal
