best thing is to check with your primary care doctor and have them do several test of blood sugar levels, to refer you to a GI doctor and get an ultra sound test, cat scan, HIDA scan.  You want to have a colon oscopy and endoscopy and have your whole stomach gallbladder, pancrease, liver intestines checked. Doctors will assume that you are just complaining and its just a simple as gastritus and it can end up being a malfunctioning galbladder and need surgery or you are hypoglycemic or that you have a tumor in you pancreaus or it could be that you are low in potasium and all of these are very serious.  Sorry for the spelling mistakes but it does not mean that what I say is not important. I have been told for 4 years to eat fibor when I have had problems with my gallbladder.  I lost 30 lbs and was very sick and unable to eat.  I was malnutritioned and other parts of my organs started to break down. I went to a GI doctor who took an Ultra sound to see if I had gallstones after I told him I already went to an ER and they said that there were no gallstones by my enzymes were unusual in my pancreaus.  He said nothing seemed unusual and I pulled a muscle.  I found a DO doctor who had me do a HIDA scan and found that my gallbladder was not functioning at all.  I had surgery and I began to eat.  I still suffer other pains and I am still not sure what damage the four years of neglect has caused on my body.  I am now hypoglycemic from being underwight for so long.  I have had low potasium which "may be" what causes the sharp pain up the but when i put two and two together pancreas and pain in the back and hypoglycemia .. the doctors may get tired of me.. but i know somethings wrong and your body will tell you and tell you even if the doctors dont ... never settle on the answer even if you get tired of hearing the same answer...never settle on finding something that will hide the pain cause until you take care of what it is most likely the pain will never go away and a new pain will pop up.  i pray for you and just listen to your body.  watch your blood sugars!!

Adrenal Fatigue Folks. Same symptoms here....gnawing pain lower back and upper shoulders in the morning when I wake, after eating lunch, and in afternoon around 3 (i.e., after digestion of lunch is complete and now time for a fruit snack!).  Exactly round the clock with Adrenal system function. Took me very many days and hours of googling to arrive at this, and after supplementing with vitamins that nurture and calm adrenal glands, and sleeping enough to soothe my adrenal glands (9 hrs every night), the severity of symptoms is much much lower. Some days I go symptom-free.

I have had the pain, which is weird its down my left leg, also. I have been to many doctors and when I tell them, they look at me like I got cabbage coming out my ears, like thats impossible. I did have back surgery and everything was great till the end of the 3rd month. My work had me walk down 21 flights of stairs in a fire drill. Later on they figured it out, I could have sued them, and now I don't particpate. Anyway when all this started I was finishing from this back surgery. My doc checked it out with a fresh MRI and could not see anything. Also hes adimante that nothing could have moved. But thats the weirdest thing, it starts hurting worse after eating, my left leg, feels like its on fire. Also going to the bathroom feels better and worse. I know people are going to say gallbladder, right after all this I started having back pain and also I was hospitalized for a blocked intestine. I had a id**t for a gastro doctor had the colonoscopy, the answer was right in front of him for the diarrhea but he thought I had gallstones. So I had my gallbladder removed, same symtoms. Eat but my legs on fire. then this m***n wanted me to get another colonoscopy. I was like I am going to talk to a specialist. So I went to the best colon rectal surgeon in Atlanta and he took one look at my colonoscopy, You have Crohns. Also you need to surgery to fix that. Had the surgery and another to fix that. During that time period, thats what it always feels like when I eat its right on top of my backbone and causes sciatica bad. I'm going to a pain doctor for it and have had tons of tests. But every doctor, I have seen is baffled. Lyrica had the best removal of pain but it caused some bad symtoms. But I am thinking about going back on it. Because, I have been on pain killers for over 2 years, and I'm tired of taking them and also I'm tired of jumping thru the hoops at the pain doctors. I went to have back surgery to change my life, it did not for the better for the worse. Total I had 4 surgeries in 2 years. Also the doctors, want me to have another for a pain pump and I dont want to do it. I'm tired of people screwing with my body. Also I want to leave my work and being on pain killers is not the best way to go look for a job. I would do anything to find out what this is, I want to change my diet and will try anything, fiber, whatever.

I would like to know what you have found out? I was injured and have lower back pain, even have a stimulator now, but lately I have a growing pain in the center of my back and have notice it comes after I eat. I took my regular pain pill about 3 hours ago and I just ate a bowl of cheerios and in no time my back throbbing in the center. I was just in the ER two days ago and had a complete lower scan of stomach down and all was good. I've had a resent colonostipy and upper GI and all was good. Just thinking when I add to my stomach it seems to push on a nerve.

I have the same thing and have been diagnosed with GERD or acid reflux. The PPI's didn't offer much relief but when I cut out carbs and sugar and I don't eat or drink after 5pm it is much better. Needless to say it is almost impossible to stick to that diet. But it did help.

Everything you mentioned in this post has inflammatory characteristics! Gluten and Cow's milk dairy are the contributors. I know, because I had all those symptoms too growing up and as an adult. I am now a certified gluten free personal and private chef who can cook around all sensitivities.

Folks, if something doesn't feel right, do not go and see a MD, look at the food you eat and I GUARANTEE you will feel a difference. Doctor's are not taught about nutrition in Med school. It's not their fault. I am called the Gandhi of Gluten Free for a reason...!

It could possibly be an ovarian cist- I've had one and it sounds pretty simililar. If it's reoccurring you can possibly go on birth control. You should get an ultra sound to see if you have a cist on your ovaries
