Hello, I am 26 years old and for the last few months Ive had abnormal shaped stool only about 50% of the time I go to the bathroom. And I recently started feeling lumps on my stomach and back I am very worried I haven't went to a doctor yet but am going tomorrow. I am starting to feel a little back pain now, not bad but uncomfortable. I don't feel tired or any stomach pain I am not losing weight. Could I have colon cancer Iam stressing big time.
Intestincal infection or bladder infection? It can affect urinating and stools. I would wait to see what the doctor says first. Does not have the same mo ass colon cancer. Good Luck!

Well,
I am not really sure how do you mean that the shape of your stool is abnormal. You have to understand that shape of the stool is also dependant on the food that you eat. If you have issues with indigestion you need to talk to your doctor about this, and you will most likely have to have a stool test. The lumps might be enlarged lymph nodes that get enlarged when you have issues with infections in your body. You might have a stomach infection. Do you have any pain in the stomach after you eat or drink anything? I hope this helped you in any way.
All the best,
Nelie

I have lumps on the left side of my stomach, these are sometimes painful, but it seems to be multiplying. Can this be stomach or colon cancer?
