It's probably just dehydration. You get headaches from being dehydrated, which is the main reason for hangovers.

"Habitual basis" is not once a week. Maybe refresh yourself with the definition of "habitual."

There are withdrawl/recovery affects to be had days after canabis cessation. A headache is maybe #1.

Of course first look at your basic diet.. As said, staying hydrated (8 cups of water/day) is very important.

The effects marijuana have on the brain are not permanent. There are NO convincing studies (usually due to contradicting studies or bad study practices) that say marijuana kills brain cells. There are however issues in problem solving, as in math, and memory when high. It is common knowledge that the rate of death from marijuana, by United States records, is zero a day. As well, it is a fact that thirty people a day, on average, die from the approved drugs such as nicotine, alcohol, and even caffeine. A person CAN be allergic to cannabis though this is very rare. Marijuana is the least dangerous drug on Earth as well as the most useful, not only because of the medicinal attributes but also the fact that hemp can be used to make many products such as clothing, paper, rope, and bio-fuel.

weed headaches that being headaches caused by weed are the result of the weed relaxing blood vessels in the back of your neck causing excess blood flow to the brain causing those dull throbbing headaches. if your headaches are caused by nerve damage or nerve issues in general weed will effectivehelp the pain it all however depends on the source so as said ear;ier i would go ask your doctor.

iv been smoking weed for around 2 years, couple of times a week,il be honest ans say i just love it,but il say how it affects me in pros and cons, firstly my wife and children can see im 100% nicer, calmer, and more layed back when it comes to stressing out,it also sends me straight to sleep and has cured a many year sleep problem lol,i smoke it neat,no tobacco,my astma has dissapeared, sound crazy but yes,you can find links on how it works in a scientific manner lol,im not just defending it as a user, because i know have a habbit that is £20 a session, and it has made me deffo more forgetful,im terrible somedays, however i can go with out for few days, but im convinced i get headakes really bad after i take time away from the drug,so basically i feel like an addict.theres all the evidence to suggest and prove that 10s of thousands of people are admitted to hospital with alchohol and tobacco related illnesses, also there is no recorded death from using weed in medical history, and i dont mean a guy gets stoned then crashes his car,,i mean medical death or illness.but does this mean weed is perfect and we should all stop drinking and smoke weed??no,yes alcohol is on the list at 14xmore dangerous for you than weed,,but this dont mean its perfect for everyone,it suits many people for different reasons, inc medical use,but it does come with symptoms like any thing else,,iv never felt depressed on it,or not wanted to out with me frinds, yet i know people it has grabbed like that,i think the best solution is to weight up if your life is better with it or without, and theres your answer,me,,,,,il keep using it as im calmer, happy, and my familys happier lol.sorry to go so deeeeeeeeeeeeep, but this is due to another con assosiated  with weed,,,i talk non stop and eat way to much as the munchies set in,iv put on over a stone since i started.make your choice lmao.peaceeeeeee maaaaaan

Dont know if u will see this as it has been so long since your post. I smoked hydroponic marijuana on an addictive level (every day) for 4 years and experienced what felt like pressure headaches, paranioa, anxiety etc. I have switched back to organically grown out door and the issues have vanished. I still experience headaches but i work in an office with fluro lighting staring at computer screens all day and also experience tension from my seating. I found the fuzzy feeling and other unpleasent feeling frm indoor vanished when smoking outdoor. I know all the yukky chemicals that go into indoor marijuana and strongly reccomend discontinuation of use. They pump indoor with loads of chemicals 24/7 while its growing for around 3 months. Its just not worth putting all that stuff into your body.

Hey people, I would really appreciate a reply to this as Im going a little bonkers here.

Firstly Im 21 years old and have limited experience with drugs(about ten times or there abouts my whole life) and nothing hard.

recnently I stupidly got really drunk and shared a joint with a couple of people, later that night while possibly under the influence of both marijuana and alcohol, I tried rush or a popper a few times.

the next day I had the usual hangover etc and then still felt kind of weird the day after that. That day my chest felt weird not sore just wierd and I though nothing of it, intergestion or something. Since then that chest feeling has passed but I now feel kind of like a wierd heacache feeling in my head. And it is has now been about six days since I smoked, drank and did poppers. I can still function like normal  and if im distracted they feeling doesnt seem as bad. But I cant stop thinking about it and im worried ive done permenant damage and that Ill feel like this forever.

does any one know anything about this? Should I wait ir go to the doctors asap?

hi guest 21, firstly i have never done poppers, or Nos, as we refer to it in australia. but i have seen people do it and it scared me so i would never reccommend it. from what i have heard it puts bubbles of air in to your brain and can be fatal but this wiki link i have included should give you a better more informed understanding of it. if you dont smoke marijuana a lot it maybe causing your anxiety, simply thinking about it possibly causing a health risk will give you that anxious feeling also i have and often do combine marijuana and alcohol and find my hang over is much less bareable and my anxiety simptoms are hightened. (please excuse my spelling) i experience anxiety when i dont smoke, similar to how your feeling but this feeling can differ depending on the weed your smoking. i have heard of bud that is almost white and very fiberous, it may look 'killa' but it can be 'killer' as usual this kind of weed is indoor grown and sprayed with dangerous chemicals to maximise the high from sh*t buds. if an indoor grower doesnt care about people and they get a sh*t crop they pump it up with all sorts of chemicals that cause headaches like you are describing. i reccommend doing some research on how ur weed is grown, what chemicals go in to it and how it maybe effecting you. i only smoke outdoor. only ever will. let me know if this has helped, drink lots of water and keep your diet clean for the next few weeks and it may help flush your body of the heavy toxins. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poppers

Hey Spanna, this account is attached to guest account from above. It was the first time doing poppers and I will never do again. I am hoping that what I am feeling is just anxiety or whatever because others who smoked and drank with me on this occasion do not seem to be having same symptoms. Is it worth going to a doctor? Or would that be a waste of time.

personally i would not but i do not know how severe your symptoms are? If you feel you need to go and it wont put u out too much, then go. Be honest with the doctor and they should give you honest feedback. have you taken any pain killers? that may attribute to the anxious feeling if they have iboprofen, like nurofen (excuse my spelling again.) anxiety is a common symptom of marijuana use/withdraw. withdraws from weed are completely mental/created by your mind just like anxiety itself. is there anything else that maybe worrying you at the moment? I am a everyday smoker and find that if i go a day without a vapour i get anxiety the following day and it can take a few days to pass if i am having a break from weed. google some symptoms of a 'popper' hang over, the wiki link i included mentioned headaches as a symptom.

The symptoms are not bad, and I can function normally, its just the idea that I will feel weird like this forever that's buzzing me out. Ie I have a weird feeling in my head like a weak headache. Im not a heavy user, as in this will be my 10th or 11th time, so I shouldn't be having withdrawals. As with the poppers that was my first time using and all others at the time are not having the same symtoms as me. Possibly I am imagining this but will doctors know this, will normal doctors know effects of drugs on body?

Sorry to sound like a noob but its kind of buzzing me out. Surely I shouldnt be feeling long term damage after such little use.

i highly doubt there was or has been any long term damage at all. it is normal for you to feel this way after a big night and your are scaring yourself thingking about it too much :) dont worry. what country are you in? doctors in Australia seem to know a bit about drugs like chemical drugs but really any non user is ignorant to the common symptoms of drug abuse of any kind. in my unprofessional uneducated opinion i dont think you have anything to worry about, do you take any other medications that may have been effected my this night out? and yes, its common to feel anxiety/withdraws after just one use of marijuana. it can stay in your system for as long as 72hours. have you done any research on the net about common after effects of big night out?

I live in NZ, so it should be similar to you guys over in OZ. I havent looked into common affects of big nights out but this has never happened before and its now a week since I smoked it, so it should be out of my system I would have thought.

yeah that shouldnt be weed related then. i would go to the docs just to put your mind at easy, again though long term or even short term damage couldnt have occured from the weed or the alcohol from what i know. unless the weed was crazy skunk pumped with chemicals. outdoor is the way to go. no issues at all. good luck at the docs, post after visit if u like?
