pick out the seed's and stems.

drink lots of water..

as for food.. your know the pyramid

keep a steady usage, don't let it escalate..

also if you start up smoking again you do it a little at a time..

been smoking for 3-4 years.. haven't smoked for approximately 2 months now..

just cannot lay of those damn ciggerets.. never could

i've had headaches too.. mostly when i stop smoking or begin smoking again..

my personal believe is that.

the CBD in cannabis, makes you relax,

when you body get used to that over a longer period of usage, i think it is likely that the headaches is caused by tensions in the muscles, witch i think in some cases also could explain the strokes, as i could imagin some muscle kramping up some veins or something..

this again makes it to me very obvious that at hot relaxing drink or whatever would help you relax, and therefore help relief the headache..

and last thing avoid mold and fungus, as far as i know it can cause, of course, headaches. but also in worst case scenario, i believe it can cause a brain infection, not due to the cannabis, but by, of course, the smoking of fungus

would love to get feedback..

peace~

Ive been smoking for about 3 years now and when i started i loved it. It was always fun never not even once did it give me a headache....until about a year ago. I get headaches so bad that i cant do anything, i completely shut down. Its feels like my brain is being crushed. Its always on the right side of my head tho. its starts off real light but gets so intense so fast, making my eyes hurt to my teeth and even sometimes making me throw up. I love smoking but i truly wish i never started. Im surrounded by weed though. Its really difficult for me to stop. Mostly everyone in my family smokes and all my friends smoke....even my girlfriend smokes. I just need something to replace it to keep my mind occupied. I CANT DEAL WITH THE HEADACHES ANYMORE!!! they have truly made me an unhappy person. :-)

It's not called dope cause it makes you smarter, I stopped smoking a week ago and have terrible headaches everyday. I have smoked nearly daily for about 20 years and never had headaches in my life (except for hangovers, I havnt drank much in last 2 years) I drfinately believe the headaches are a direct result from weed withdrawl and hope they stop soon.

Can any body tell me how long I should exdpect to have them?

marijauna is natural. we have cannabinoid receptors in our brains. its obviously put on earth for a reason. Also it slows down mestasis in cancer. I am a living example of that, actually. But yes, if you smoke daily you can develop headaches from not smoking. Its not necessarily a withdrawal symptom because marijauna is not scientifically addicting. but when you stop using your body doesnt produce dopamine as much as it normally does so that could def cause a headache.

Marijauana is the best way to cure my headaches. I get a headache, smoke marijuana, and the headache goes away.

If you have marijuana the morning after you smoke, smoke it when you wake up and it will take you head ache away but if it doesnt go to the doctors and ask about it

I used to be a regular smoker but quit due to a new job and drug testing. When I did smoke every day for about 4 years, I noticed that I was slowing in speech and even bagan to studder. Since I quit, I no longer have the problems. I do believe it affects some negatively. My husband is a regular smoker and has been for YEARS.. He is now having severe headaches and I am wondering if its related to the marijuana. He always gets a headache if he drinks alcohol and I have read it is similar.. What do you think? Has this happened to anyone?

sounds like you probably have cluster headaches and need to see a very good neurologist. the eye involvement is a certain indication that this is a possibility. this has nothing to do with marijuana.

see a neurologist. you have migraine headache. this is not associated with marijuana use. you have a type of migraine that can be diagnosed and treated by a good neurologist --- not just any old doctor! See the head of a neurology group at the biggest medical center near your home.

You all sound like you have tmj headaches. Basically you grind your teeth at night which triggers massive headaches for a lot of people. I have suffered with what was thought to be cluster headaches for 5 years, I told my doc that I smoked weed he said that's definitely not the problem. I went to the dentist and low and behold my headaches are caused by grinding teeth, I have found a few triggers for my headaches including, cigs, chocolate, beer, strong smells, but mainly stress causing tension in my head muscles, hope this helps
