It does NOT help with pain. (Cancer or otherwise). Actually most cancers don't cause any pain. It is sometimes prescribed to cancer patients to help with the nausea which comes from the chemotherapy treatments. It really is shocking how many times people will say something as if it is a fact. Also... Research this... When does one's brain stop developing and what is the effect pot smoking has during this time of development? Also, how many people start smoking pot as a teenager and continue into their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, etc.. A LOT. That sounds a lot like addiction even though it is different than other types of addiction. Its not easy to stop once you start. The side effects make for someone who isn't very reliable. How would you feel if your doctor, therapist or other professionals you rely on socially smoke pot? If you had a choice between someone who uses and someone who doesn't... Well, there is no contest. And no one has mentioned the dangers of driving under the influence. People say they would never do that... Right.

I was addicted for 8 years, went through hell to get over it and it damaged my liver. I have read all the reports saying its not true but it s clearly misinformation. I never drink or smoke ciggaretts or any5hing else that could have damaged my liver. Praise God that I was delivered from this nasty addiction.

i love weed as much as the next person and was smoking about 6 blunts a day. 2 weeks ago i had to go to the emergency room because my liver count was over 600. im not sure if that was from drinking, a viral infection or medication. im not going to the dr until next week and im bored off my ass sitting in bed for 2 weeks. i want to smoke but i know all toxins get processed through the liver and marijuana deifnetly has toxins in it. just because someone on tv is prescribed medical marijuana doesnt mean sh*t thats why its on a fictional show.
