Trust me, I've masturbated since I was 12 until now I am 22. It drains my energy, hard to focus, lost of memories, and very hard to do good in school because I don't have good memory. Exercise like swimming or running really help to boost energy and to have less urge for masturbating. After each masturbation I sometimes found it is hard to wake up from sleep and feel week for 1 to 2 days. It is like a habit or an addiction. Now I try to stop, but it is very hard to do so. eh

I've been trying for over a year now but I keep falling back into it..I even started to work out to motivate myself to stay away from it..and also I'm wondering if it has any negative affects on my muscle growth since I'm taking supplements for my work out..

you cant stop it but you can handle it... Control it. See it just as sport, plan time for it during the week, one or twice a week. For the rest just think about love in the side of feelings rather than sexual encounter.
Id say that I plan it ca. 3 - 4 times per week in the morning -> after having slept a lot of feeling lazy, I masturbate and suddenly I feel like going out .
On the contrary a few years ago, masturbating often and unplanned did have terrible effects on my performance in daily life tasks. I masturbate before workout or big days, but I dont climax. I bring that energy up to my brain and feel it in my spine, then think of the things im GOING TO DO and any goals, then meditate while masturbating and then slowly back it back down and just stop.
