i started mastubrating at age of 9 and today i am of 22 years.I am facing premature ejaculation and the semen is also thin.From some years there is pain in my left side of head.I feel that it is due to mastubrating.Is there any relation between two and how can i cure it.
u can cure it by stopping masturbation for a big while like a month,and than if u continue, u should start out slow like masturbating once a week
