It takes a long time to be able to retract your foreskin.
It hurts bad because your pulling to hard on it.
Doing it in the bathtub makes it easier as the water softens the skin.
Doing a search for how to pull back your foreskin back will give you detailed instructions on how to do it.
It will take weeks to get it back pull back gently on it and hold it and keep repeating it, if you can get your finger or fingers in where the opening is gently stretching there will help also.

If you really can't pull back your foreskin it might be too tight. It's a medical condition called phimosis, it's easy to treat. Just see your doctor. Also, make sure you want to have sex before having it. Don't force yourself if you're not ready.
