if you masturbate and then eat a multi vitamin then youll be fine

ive gained 15 pounds of muscle since january and i masturbate so it has no effect and it is even benificial

hi dude., I don't think that you can abstain yourself from masturbation. I believe that this sexual activity most probably to men has no harmful effect to our body instead it helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer among men. I masturbate a lot since I am 10 and I am now 22. I don't feel any bad effects instead I feel good after ejaculation.

Hello guys.. I was lured to this debate as to whether maturation can have an effect on your ability to bulk-up by my son.. I am a heavyweight lifter. I have used all sorts of things to grow. I am a very popular person, my fame came through my domination in WWF years ago when most of you were kids. I was the unbeatable Hoxxxxxx. Back to our topic, releasing sperm come with the release of testosterone, and testosterone is needed for energy. So if you are slim and u are planing to build your body stay away from wanking / mastubation. However, if you have achieved the weight you needed then wanking every night is healthy to release excess testosterone so the body can produce new ones. If you are on protein shake or steroid then wanking / mastubation is highly recommended to keep you hairlines intact because pumping out too much testosterone from your body causes hair loss. You need to let some of it out so they don't attck your hairlines. During my time in wrestling, it was a common tame to shag one of the mistresses immediately after a fight or after working out at the gym.. advise from the professional

Guys I have experimented on this .To me I think mastrubation after a good days workout wil ldrain essential minerals to build the muscle so try doing it the days you dont workout and you will see a way more amount of muscle gain try it for a month and see altho it is true mastrubation increases testosterone levels but it drains the minerals there and then depleating the minerals required for the muscle.
