wow! i can completely relate with you! When i was 12, probably just hitting puberty, is when I realized that I was not the same as other girls, or other women, hell i didn't think there was anyone with a bigger labia like I had. I was too ashamed to ever try talking to my mom or anyone about it. When a guy that I had a crush on, started to show interest in me, I would avoid him terrified that he would be disgusted and tell others. I was so self conscious! I didn't think i would ever have a boyfriend or get married, have kids... It was sad. I smothered myself with insecurity. I lost my virginity senior year and my highschool boyfriend reacted as I feared, grossed out.
Now I'm 27, I am divorced, happily, and have 2 gorgeous little girls.Being insecure for so many years really sticks with a girl. I am 80%more confident and happier with my body now tho. I have been told how beautiful I am down there and I believed it! I still get very uncomfortable during sex, making it harder to enjoy most of the time. But I am starting to really love my self and my body and I wish I would have known how it is to have a bigger labia a lot sooner. Ladies from someone thats been there, trust me, you are beautiful and dont let insecurities run your life!

I've been with women that ranged from no lips to a few that had very large lips and without question (all things being equal) I prefer large lips every day of the week.
