Hi, I have been working out for a month now. It was very difficult for me at the beginning but now I think I got the hang of it. I believe this is true since I do my exercises more easily. The thing is I do them on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I am planning on reversing to a full week workout. Do you think that I should quit MWF program?

Hi, I think it is great that you are doing well in exercises. You failed to mention if your work out program was created by a professional. I think it is. This conclusion was made because of the fact that you apply MWF program. This has been proven to be the best possible way of working out if you want to build up muscle mass. When you work out, your muscles get injured and need to rest. That is why you have a day of pause between two days of workout and on weekends. On the days reserved for rest, the muscles heal their injuries and in this process they actually develop-build up. If you go on everyday training you may jeopardize the health of muscles. My recommendations would therefore be to stay with MWF. Of course, you can always talk to a professional trainer so that he can make some changes in your trainings if you think that you are ready for new challenges.
