I have same problem with both shoulders
Left is far worse. However its just normal according to doctors.

However cosmetically i want a othopedics doctor to shave it down somehow , maybe Thailand since they do everything over there.

I have an enlarged clavicle on left side which I think is getting bigger. I have had a 3 phase bone scan to see if it shows anything. It showed something but was not sure; the next step is a CT guided biopsy to see what shows up. It could be rheumatoid arthritis, infection, or cancer. Pray it is the lessor of all evil.

Everyone who is having this issue, is it by chance on the side you rest your shoulder bag over? I have this too and I'm wondering if it's bone growth to adapt from the weight of the bag? My crossbody bags always rest on my left clavicle and that's where mine is larger. Just brainstorming ideas.

From everyone on here and all that I have read, theres like a 99% chance that its nothing to worry about. Usually due to previous injury, too much strain (weight lifting, etc), bad posture, sleeping strictly on that side, anything at all. For me, about 1 year ago I had an infection in my clavical. Ive had pain there and around there ever since. Doctors say its due to damage from the infection. My left side is a little bigger and higher up than my right. However, I just chalk it up to being from the past infection just like the pain is. I don't see how it could be anything else. That would be one heck of a coincidence.

I have a similar thing except it’s my right and it looks like it’s broken but it’s been like this my whole life and along with my collar bone my right shoulder is forward by like an inch and my right ribs are a little smaller or close to my lungs leading to discomfort after hard exercise
