I have the same problem. I had my hip replaced. It caused my hip to be shorter on that side. I think KC hit it right on pount.

I'm only 13 and I have had the same problem for a while in my left collar bone it sits a little higher and pushed out, it hasn't caused me any pain and I always thought I was a genetic wonder. I guess that's not the case but I'll be sure to try some of the things that you mentioned thanks so much!

I'm 14 and my left collarbone ticks out further than the other. I get pains very often, but it still happens. I was born pretty early so I have no clue if that is related. I also clumsy and it may b because of that. Also when I run it hurts so bad!!

One of your growth plates probably closed before the other and you probably slept in the shorter side. You'd need surgery to shorten the other side but I wouldn't recommend it
