Sounds like scoliosis, get checked out by a chiropractor he can diagnose you.
I agree with others fibromyalgia maybe, but don't stop there. Many simply accept that as a blanket response from doctors. Make sure the doc looks into everything. Nervous system disorders, extreme anxiety, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, etc.
My feet hurt like that a few years back, planters phisyitus..spelling is wrong sorry.but if u lay in bed or sit up and stretch feet by turning toes up ,you can use a towel and hook it under foot just below toes and pull back gently to stretch . Also freeze a bottled water and put it on floor sit in chair and roll your Bare foot over it . ,soak feet in warm water with Epson salt. And take anti inflammatory, like motion ,every day ,do the stretch and ice and soaks anti inflammatory meds even day .it will help alot .I promise. And get a pair of Asia gel shoes or Brooks shoes. My feet hurt so bad like I was walking on nail spikes every morning. If you don't stay consistent with what I told you and my Dr told me ,it will not go away. You can get sleep splints. Also for your feet. Google it
I have the same awful problem.i have to stretch every day all day , and my Dr put me on a low dose of cymbolta, and mobic,it helps.i notice if I have my heating blanket on in bed as soon as I cover with it it takes alot of pain away, short term. Or a hot bath is instant relief. I heard magnesium will help with this too.and calcium with vitamin D, my Dr said that joint pain relief with msm does help some ppl if you take it every day.i know a older lady that takes that every day, said if she don't then she realy noticed how it was working.
Best wishes to all,
Lauren
