my neighbours kids never stop screaming!!! Driving me insane

Thanks, I was kidding about what I would do, bit feel like it when I hear the screaming. I can see the kids jumping in the pool and screaming for no reason when they go in, every time. I think I will report it if it's late

Get this compleatly! Have 15 of the breeders right outside my windows every day screeming,crying,kicking football's at my plants and Windows and no parent in sight!! The council are useless and I'm about to blow my top,no respect no boundaries I also have mental health issues ..........oh dear.........they were warned!!!!!

JustMe you are out to lunch. Thanks to parents like you, we live is a disrespectful, chaotic society filled with children and adults who feel they can do whatever they want, whenever they want. Children need rules and discipline. I have a teenage son who is wonderful and extremely respectful because he had boundaries and limits as a young child. Luckily there IS some control over people in this world raised by terrible parents, and that control is the LAW. Thank goodness for that!

I had the same situation. Little girl playing outside SCREAMING like she was being tourtured all day. I simply started calling the police, and saying the little girl was screaming, and I was concerned for her welfare. After two visits from the police, on two seperate occasions, no more screaming !

To the people putting up with too loud children who scream at the top of their lungs for hours, I feel your pain.
I just moved into my mother's house around 7- 8 months ago to save some money for a while.
It was the house owned by my grandparents that I practically grew up in.
It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood in the country. When I was a kid the kids didn't behave as badly like the ones today. I was too shy as a kid so I never got loud.

Right before I had moved in recently, little boys from hell moved in next door.
I think there are two boys, I'm not totally sure. I don't think that the woman next door is their mother.
Stepmothers don't usually discipline other men's kids, and the dad is a big man-child.

It started with kids jumping on a trampoline and screaming like you WOULD NOT BELIEVE!
We had had enough after a little while and would start yelling for them to shut up.
I sleep during the day a lot because I am up all night and I have health severe problems.

Now they have made friends with another kid in the neighborhood and are going BACK AND FORTH across the road right by our house. The road turns the corner to the side of our house and leads up to a hill where there is a house. They seriously go back and forth raising hell probably 50 times a day or something. In this heat too. The part of our house where the bedrooms are is only about 15 feet or so away from that road.

It is complete insanity. They ride loud four wheelers, and the adults that hang around their parents ride motorcycles and four wheelers back and forth and yell.

The kids are pretty young. The adults act just like juvenile delinquents themselves.
They have trespassed on our property on four wheelers before. The children got into our mailbox, which is a federal offense. Someone vandalized our brand new doorknob on our house.
I believe it was a kid or their kid like male adults that are in their gang.

The kids have yelled out things at me when I haven't even said anything at all.
They are little punks and act like they are in a gang.

My mother is 67 years old! They treat elderly people like garbage. Like someone stated previously, they are trying to run us off of our own Property! They act like Savages!

The whole neighborhood just about are in cahoots now, and a different guy next door on the other side of us has threatened to kill both me and my mother. My mother was upset because I had been woken up again and just yelled for the kids to be quiet! He even brutally described how he wanted to kill Her!

The guy that threatened me and my mother claims to be a 'Christian' and goes to church where he acts like an upstanding citizen. Well, he isn't and I fear for my mother.

This is our home though, and we REFUSE to be driven off of our property by Bullies!

These neighbors have dogs, and one of them just recently bit a neighbor woman who is about my mother's age!
The guy that threatened our very lives has a rooster that crows horribly for HOURS during the day. The stupid thing even crows at midnight or 1,2, or 3 in the morning if the thing feels like it. It ALWAYS crows now by 4:00 in the freakin' morning, usually for hours after that. The chicken coop is almost right by our bedrooms too just on the other side of that godforsaken private drive!

He has had a whole bunch of chickens just practically living in my mother's yard for years.
These people have no soul or heart, then they go and breed kids to be just like them!
Sad thing is that the guy who wants to murder me and my mother gruesomely has 2 kids who are still babies. One is a boy around 2 years, and the other is a girl about a few months old.

Fear for the future of humanity. The children are our Future!

Autistic, nope. There is no agreed scientific definition of the set of behaviours. My family member is 'autistic'. I've witnessed first hand 24 7 how she has been spoiled, encouraged to scream, demand her own way and tantrum till she drops.

You're talking about an ongoing series of threats, trespassing, verbal assaults, physical bullying, excessive noise at all hours, and all these things are what the police can address. If you are afraid of retaliation well it couldn't get any worse than what you've begun to document here...why haven't you called? You need to get the authorities involved BEFORE one of these criminals or their kids takes action on those death threats they've made. Otherwise you're just playing the passive victim by not calling the police. There must be more to this than what's written here....have you retaliated in some way to escalate things? YOU MUST GET THE POLICE INVOLVED AND DO ITCONSISTENTLY UNTIL THIS STOPS AND/Or these yahoos get arrested.....

Surely something is disturbing her, distressing her to behave that way. In any case it's not fun for others to hear the screaming. NO WAY I would have allowed my children to get away with it and I am not talking about smacking but setting up boundaries which your girl probably needs

Your children are not your neighbors problem. They didn't have children so they could listen to yours scream. 

I know just how you feel. It's especially worse for those of us who have MH issues. kids and barking dogs around here raise my anxieties 100 %. Screeching right now, has been for 3 hours.
