my penis is black and very itchy.i applied soap every day and the itching stoped.But now i see that the sides and the bottom of my thighs which are in contact with my penis is lightly coloured black.Is this something major?Can i get the original colour of my thighs back by applying any cream on it?PLEASE HELP?????????????????????
