I M NOT A DOCTOR. Is all about my experience at the same case
what i do are:
1. i try to avoid eat radical at the morning ( sour, spicy, fatty, milky ) i just eat very little bit and not to try feel full. I think my tummy not ready to it.
2. it s really hungry between break fast and lunch. if hungry drink water. At lunch i eat normally. Eat as long as you can with normal portion. Not excessive and radical. Dont eat too much because the feel full comes late. EAT S L O W L Y
3. nb : When you want to vomit. Vomit it. Do not hold it in. And taste it, is it acid or plain or else
indication your tummy better : you will fart and want to drink plenty water. and pee often
4. keep it the above rule straightly. I know the temptation to feel satisfy for eat. But you do not like other people tummy
5. rule at dinner is same at lunch. Sleep 4 hours after eat. after 4 hours you will hungry and want to eat. But dont eat, drink water instead. No alcohol or cafein or nicotine. eat fruit and exercise

Hope help. If yes Pass it to Other

I realize this post is over a year old; however, I thought I might share my two cents. I have been dealing with many of the same symptoms as the OP since June when I had acute appendicitis. They didn't remove my appendix at the time and I've been dealing with the same symptoms since, especially the part about having intense abdominal pain and cramping that clears up but leaves you feeling sick to your stomach for a few days after. It turns out that I have a chronically inflamed appendix that has hardened, and my gastroenterologist believes it is the culprit of my stomach woes.

I had an ulcer last year and a flare of UC, but those have both since been controlled, which only leaves the appendix as the probable offender. I encourage anyone who's having these same symptoms to talk to your doctor about having an ultrasound or CT scan to look at your appendix. Mine comes out in 4 days, and I can't wait! In the meantime, I've found that eating really small, bland meals helps the best. I also use Mylanta to calm my stomach.

Best of luck.

I was 21 when I had about the same thing 2 things that it could be or could help. 1. Check gallbladder functionality not for gallstones which are very different. Most gallbladder symptoms relate to stones NOT lack of functionality. 2. Try elimination of all gluten [oats, wheat, barley] or anything that comes in contact with these items. It will be very hard at first if you stick too it completely. If you start feeling better after no gluten. You are probably gluten in tolerant which is hard to figure out without going gluten free.

My son has had these symptoms for 19 months now. In this period of time he has been diagnosed as a Coeliac. Despite following a strict GF diet for 13 months now, he still suffers everyday. We are at our wits end now. He is so skinny, nauseous after any food, get full after a few mouthfuls and has terrible wind. Our GP won't do allergy testing, we've tried eliminating foods for weeks, but still no clue to as what it is.

I am 45 and I had the same thing. I assume it was a stomach bug. No fever but extreme fatigue, body aches and very bad diarrhea for 2 days. Felt better for a couple of days and now this constant belching and bloated feeling.

If you have irregular periods it may be from your uterus. It could of moved up and is pressing on your stomach.

Try looking into the GAPS diet. Or could be SIBO. See a Naturopathic doctor and get off all those drugs that are making you worse. IBS is a set of symptoms not a disease itself.

hey there i am having the same symptoms except for back pain, abdominal pain, constipation and the excessive burping. i think mine is not really that serious as yours but it was worrying me because im only teen. i just finished my period two days ago and before my period i was having symptoms like feeling nausea, tender breasts frequent urination, fatigue, and my period felt like it would take forever to come (i have an irregular period) i started to jump into conclusions and even thought i was pregnant but i never had intercourse with anyone. but i had my period on the 24th april and the symptoms went away. but after my period, i was having the symptoms i mentioned first. i havent seen or went to a doctor because i think its just because of my anxiety. i am pretty young to understand these things. i hope you are better now! good day.

Have you considered food sensitivities / allergies. Often enough these sensitivities get missed because we think "well, food never was an issue before". I highly recommend taking a look at the fod map diet and keeping a food diary. Maybe consider speaking to your dr or a naturopath about foods that are considered natural inflammatory foods and staying off of these for several weeks. Keep a food diary when you're doing this. This way you can keep track of what you're digesting.

I am sitting here reading this feeling very nauseous. I have been feeling like this for a couple of weeks and have been getting the stitch on my upper left side too as well as being constipated last week for the first time in years. Have you figured anything out? Our symptoms are so similar. Please post if you learn anything.

Its sibo small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Demand a breath test. You will feel better immediately with antibiotics if you test positive.

I've been having the same symptoms. I'm 18, just moved to university. for a while I had thought I had been pregnant, but tests have shown I'm not. I'm currently getting pain in my stomach, but also like things are moving in my stomach( I know how mad that sounds). I've also had a loss of appetite recently and burping quite often. Recently I've been getting lower back pain
