I have had a mirena for 4 years. I had a new one put in june 2017. I have been nauseous and ill feeling since- flucuating- also excessive salivation with my ill feeling. Not sure if this is from the Mirena. Trying to schedule appt. to get it out. I also have had many GI work ups and am depressed anxious constantly. Hard to live with.

I also have the same thing - for 12 months now, nauseous every single day. Did yours end up easing up or did you have the Mirena removed?

3 days after insertion I developed the nausea and fatigue that left me non functioning and in bed. Although my Gyn said she had never seen such a thing and believed something else was too blame, I insisted on removal on Day day 7. Within 24 hours the terrible nausea began to let up. At 48 hours I am finally able to eat something and feel my energy returning.

I’ve had Mirena for 1 year & I am going through the same thing. My dr don’t believe that Mirena is causing my symptoms, im scheduled for a ct scan to rule out any other causes. I’ve been having migraines, neck stiffness, dizziness/nausea weight gain, moodiness, and depression. I can’t wait to have it removed!

You shouldn’t be experiencing pain during sex. You should definitely go see your gynecologist
