omg me too! in PE after we ran i got a drink and a few minutes later i breathed in and it hurt a lot in my throat like a sharp pain. its been 12 hours after that happened and it still kinda hurts when i swallow. i almost wonder if i breathed in dust or something...
Please check with a cardiologist if you're having chest pain. I also have pericarditis which is very painful and can involve the throat when breathing in. This is a condition that must get treated.

Hi I too am getting this and it hurts it’s call glossopharngeal neurología (gnp) it comes on sudden a few seconds and goes and comes but pretty intense. This is why I’ve found out it’s not very common thing but it involves the Phernic nerve and maybe Nuero can help .
