need information about Dr. Leonard Grossman in New York

The person who complained was someone who scheduled many hours of cosmetic surgery with our clinic and cancelled everything just the day before the surgery. What would anyone do when there is a team of nurses, doctors and ancillary staff and all of them have their day planned for that one person who just feels like canceling the surgery? I think you would keep the $3090 which is used to pay the people who stood making much more on that day from this patient alone. If this is not fair, what is?
I bet you will find very few if any patients of ours who are unhappy with the way they were treated or results.
The patient who is badmouthing our clinic is going to be served with court papers for defamation.

Hello everyone, I am actually very interesting in doing lipo in my waist and arm with DR grossman. But all this bad comment its putting me to think, Now I am afraid of using his service, There are few other website that have a few "not so good comments"

Look guys, I think it's kind of silly that we have a battle between one patient who never had anything done yet feels we did not treat her right for keeping her $3,000 after she canceled her surgery the day before it was supposed to happen. People had to get paid: the surgeon and the anesthetist, nurses and the ancillary staff, all of whom came in expecting to work for 6 hours and get paid for it.
No one has ever been scammed by this office and we have not had patients who did not love the results of fat transfer for calf augmentation. Yes, we do require a deposit of $3,000 for the preoperative consultation, which by the way takes 1,5 hours and that is almost as long as the whole surgery.
We have been performing fat transfer for the last 15 years with great results and thousands of happy patients later, I can say we have done well. In this specialty not every one can be pleased and that has to be expected and that's why doctors get sued.

Dr grossman why are you so defensive? Doctor dont go online saying how good they are and blah blah blah!! arent you busy enough or have enough clients to be wasting your time. usually doctors dont go online responding to people's comment. People write what they think and also i think they should share if they had a bad experience with you, so people open their eyes before going to you. everybody its entitle to their own opinion.

I agree with the last comment made. I've never seen doctor wasting their time online. Of course Dr grossman will say he is the best, every doctor does. But when you get things done they mess up lol

Don't be fooled by Grossman and Yolie! He doesn't stand behind the quality of his work! If something goes wrong, he will not do anything to correct his own mistakes. And he will get rid of you so fast! He'll do everything to make sure you don't come back to his office again! He doesn't want to see his own failure, and he will make certain that his other patients don't see it either!

Why would someone badmouth you, Grossman, for no reason? Who has time for that? It sounds like you are threatening those who might step forward and speak up. And it certainly sounds like you have already your strategies in place if it happens, and I quote "The patient who is badmouthing our clinic is going to be served with court papers for defamation." Good doctors don't threaten their patients. Auden, W.H. once said, " In order to be a good doctor a man must have a good character... He must... desire their good before his own." It's not about you,Grossman!

I did my calves about two years ago im in texas never seen this blog until now I'm not sure if that is Dr. grossman who replied but he is very kind and my calves stood with about 85% of the fat, I do workout 3 times a week but everyone says my calves look so much better I tell everyone I did the fat transfer. It's not bad about I believe a little over a hour and you are sleeping but wake up so fast and the liposuction is amazing I have to say my waist is so small and the fat never came back and my legs were tight for like two days but that was about it for me, i did fly back to texas the day after my procedure and the hotel is right next door to them. So basically I'm not sure about anyone else but I'm very pleased to not have bow-legs any more and couldn't be more happy and this may will be two years since I did them and only one tim eno touch ups and 100% satisfied. I recommend him

Despite all these bad reviews, I visited his office yesterday for a consultation for the breast augmentation with fat. I thought dr. Grossman was very knowledgeable and honest. Previously people here were talking about why he went online to comment..and doctors should not do that - which I don't think so. It is just okay for doctors to comment (like as it's free for everybody to comment on their true opinions) I think the doctors responding on these reviews is depending on their personalities and I don't think it is right to attack how usually doctors don't waist the time responding to people's comments. I met him in person yesterday and I could see from his personality that he'd write back those defense. I felt he is very confident and proud of his own work so it made sense to me. I wanted to share my opinion and experience because I saw this page before going to his office, and I'm happy that I did take my time to go talking to him. I think it's worth exploring to talk in person, I know everybody who seeing this page is serious about get things done!  (Consultation is $100 -not free but if you get the breast augmentation then it'll be credited to the cost.)

I agreed! Used him one, and used him again for other procedures. Happy w results. Even recomended my sister to use him. Thank you Dr. Grossman and Jolie. He is the best plastic surgeon in NYC.
