My husband is having an issue that is causing him to not orgasm with ejaculation. He had a herniasurgery when he was 8. We have a good sex life, but 8 months ago, he stopped orgasming when he ejaculated. It was frustrating for both of us and we tried everything including new positions, periods of abstinence, and even psychotherapy. A couple weeks ago, I was performing oral sex on him and noticed his right testicle was gone. Well, we found it way up in his groin and after some trying, we coaxed it out. We continued and he had his first orgasm in 8 months! He had severe testicle pain that evening afterward. Two days later, the testicle was still out and a little sore, but we had sex again and again he orgasmed. Again, severe testicle pain. A week later, we were attempting to be intimate again and noticed the testicle was again inside his groin. We didn't coax it out, and he ejaculated but had no orgasm. We have an appt. with a urologist in a few weeks...just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this?

the title is supposed to be retractile testicle, not retroactive!
